Wellsville Technologies is an authorized package express facility for UPS.  This means, we are not an “official” UPS store and therefore some terms and conditions will apply:

a.  We charge for any supplies you may need in order to send your package

b.  When a refund may be in order and you paid by credit card, you will receive a full refund less the credit card fees that we are charged for the transaction as we are no longer refunded these fees once they are charged

c.  If you ask us to package your item(s) for you, we take NO liability for how they are packaged.  If you want package guarantees, take your stuff to a UPS Store.

d.  We cannot accept any packages using QR Codes

e.  We cannot accept any UTILITY company returns (ie, Spectrum, Verizon, Hughes, Dish Network etc…)

UPS PICKS UP DAILY FROM OUR STORE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 3:30pm – 5:00pm

If you need to use our store as your shipping address, you may do so and your package will be signed for by us and held here until you pick it up.  (After 14 days the item(s) will no longer be available)
