Our store hours for UPS Packages:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 3pm
Our store is open until 5pm and we are open on Saturday’s 10am – 2pm. We are sometimes closed on Saturday’s and During the week we sometimes close early. We’re sorry for any inconvenience but staffing shortages and other business happens. We advise you call first if you are concerned we may not be open. 585.216.3213
QR CODE??
We are a package express and NOT a UPS Store. We cannot accept QR Codes. Bar Code Labels ONLY
SERIOUSLY??
You are charging me for 1 tiny piece of tape?
Yes, we are going to charge you for 1 small piece of tape. If we give away 1 small piece of tape to every customer we would give away 2 full rolls of tape per day. How do we know this? We used to give it away when we started this.
$5.00 for a label print? WHY?
Our paper cost about two cents per sheet. Toner for a label print on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper (UPS Does not allow us to print on any other media) cost about $2.75 per page. Our employee who has to process the email or whatever to be able to print it. Therefore we have time and materials into the print.
