Repair Center Technician:

Job Summary: 
Wellsville Technologies is a fast-growing brand that provides computer solutions to residential consumers and businesses. We service every type of technology from computers, phones, tablets and printers to networks, internet connections, security and much more!
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team!
The candidate will complete desktop configurations, installations and upgrades of personal computer hardware and software, perform inventories and preventative maintenance, provide software and operating system support on Mac and all versions of Windows. The candidate must have strong field service background and customer service skills. Some sales of new equipment or services will be required. Candidate must have solid technical skills, good communication skills and the desire to be a part of growing and exciting team.

Technical Qualifications: 
We prefer A+ certification as well as a background in networking essentials. Other certifications such as Network+, ACMT, and MCSE are desirable.

Customer Service Skills:

  • Experience in working with non-technical customers and setting them at ease
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Enjoys working with residential customers and small businesses

Duties Include:

  • Onsite and In Store computer solutions for Windows-based PCs and Apple computers
  • Network installation and maintenance (wired, wireless, LAN, WAN)
  • Data recovery and loss prevention
  • Virus protection and Spyware/Adware removal
  • Computer security enhancement
  • PC Hardware and software fault isolation and repair
  • System repair and upgrades
  • Software upgrade and installation
  • iPhone, iPad, Android repair experience is a plus
  • One-on-one training

Skills & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience with Windows-based PCs (Win7, Win8, Win10) and networking
  • Strong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair, both hardware and software/OS
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting, wiring, PC troubleshooting (ex. Network+, MCSE, etc.)
  • Proficiency with peer-to-peer and client/server network configurations and troubleshooting
  • Professional, high-energy, customer-oriented work ethic
  • Experience in Sales to customers is also a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug test
  • Optional: MS Servers, routers, switches, hubs, gateways, print servers, Windows firewalls/proxies

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 to $24.00 /hour

Experience:

  • working with Windows-based PCs (Win 7 8 10) and networking: 2 years (Required)
  • iPhone / iPad repair experience is a plus

License:

  • A+ Certified (Preferred)

Mobile Device / Cell Phone Repair Technician:

Job Summary: 
Mobile Phone / Mobile Device repair technician with abilities to fix broken screens, replace batteries, replace cameras, front and rear glass replacements.

Technical Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience in cell phone/technology diagnostics and repair.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of mobile technologies.
  • Knowledge of industry tools and appliances.
  • Problem solving/Troubleshooting skills

Extra brownie points if ( Not Required):

  • Knowledge in Android repairs, i.e. Samsung, LG, ZTE etc.
  • Prior sales experience.
  • Soldering experience

Our Repair Technician’s day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting walk-in and scheduled customers with their malfunctioning or broken devices, troubleshooting and identifying problems, and performing repairs.
  • Keep detailed logs on customer repairs in our point-of-sale system and communicate any idle repairs with the Store Manager
  • Taking in and placing unlock request for customer devices.
  • Make product recommendations to customers i.e. screen protectors, cases, headphones, etc.
  • Sale of pre-owned devices on the sales floor to interested customers.
  • Store cleanliness and organization.

Salary: $11.00 to $18.00 / hour

Outside Sales Representative:

Job Summary: 
Wellsville Technologies is a fast-growing brand that provides enterprise level security surveillance solutions to businesses. We sell a specific brand through our dealer account.
We are looking for professional, motivated candidates to sell our product.  

Sales Experience: 
Must have prior outside sales experience or this position may not be for you.

  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Enjoys working with businesses

Skills & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience required
  • Strong knowledge of our product offerings
  • General knowledge of how security surveillance systems work

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Commission Based Salary and we offer a very nice commission package.  We also provide a base weekly pay for fuel. 

We also offer a bonus pay when you meet or exceed our sales goals.
